Ingredients
1 onion
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
2 cups breadcrumbs (tea)
1 cup (tea) milk
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
Frying oil
Directions
- Peel and cut the onion at least 1cm wide and separate the rings.
- Transfer to a container and cover with water.Â
Soak for 1 hour to remove acidity. - Bread in the sequence: Milk, wheat flour, milk, breadcrumbs, milk and breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
