1 box of cream (200 grams)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (tea)
2 garlic cloves
salt to taste
Directions
- Put the cream, mayonnaise, garlic cloves and salt in the blender.
- Cover, beat the ingredients for 2 minutes and transfer to a container.
- Cover and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours for the cream to be consistent.
- Serve the garlic cream with bread, toast, meat, salads and whatever else you prefer.
