Ingredients
1 yolk
1 whole egg
200 ml of whole milk
395 grams of condensed milk
70 grams of walnut flour, blended in a blender
Nuts to decorate when finishing (to taste and optional)
Directions
- Blend the walnuts for 1 minute in the blender until they form a flour and set aside.
- In a container, mix the condensed milk very well with the egg and yolk, add the walnut flour and stir until uniform.
- Pour the mixture into a pudding mold with caramelized syrup and place it inside a larger mold with a little water.
- Bake the pudding for approximately one hour and 15 minutes in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Wait for the pudding to cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator and unmold.
Decorate with walnuts on top and the dessert is ready.
