Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk (395g)
4 tablespoons of Ninho milk powder
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Ninho milk powder (for decoration)
Directions
- In a thick-bottomed pan, add the condensed milk, Ninho milk powder and butter.
- Place the pan over low heat and start stirring with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula.
- The idea is to cook the brigadeiro until it starts to come away from the bottom of the pan, forming a homogeneous and consistent mass.
- This process can take 10 to 15 minutes, so be patient and keep stirring to prevent it from burning at the bottom.
- Once the dough is at the right point (not too soft and not sticking to the bottom of the pan), turn off the heat.
- Transfer the brigadeiro to a plate greased with butter or margarine and let it cool completely.
- With your hands lightly greased with butter, make balls with the cold brigadeiro.
- Dip the balls in Ninho powdered milk to decorate and place them in paper cups.
