To make your Ninho Milk Brigadeiro you will need the ingredients below.
Follow the step-by-step instructions to make it work!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395g)

  • 4 tablespoons of Ninho milk powder

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • Ninho milk powder (for decoration)

Directions

  • In a thick-bottomed pan, add the condensed milk, Ninho milk powder and butter.
  • Place the pan over low heat and start stirring with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula.
  • The idea is to cook the brigadeiro until it starts to come away from the bottom of the pan, forming a homogeneous and consistent mass.
  • This process can take 10 to 15 minutes, so be patient and keep stirring to prevent it from burning at the bottom.
  • Once the dough is at the right point (not too soft and not sticking to the bottom of the pan), turn off the heat.
  • Transfer the brigadeiro to a plate greased with butter or margarine and let it cool completely.
  • With your hands lightly greased with butter, make balls with the cold brigadeiro.
  • Dip the balls in Ninho powdered milk to decorate and place them in paper cups.
