Ingredients
300 grams of Paris mushrooms
400 grams of cream or sour cream
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 tablespoon minced garlic
50 ml olive oil
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Cut the mushrooms in half. Place them in a pan with the olive oil and chopped garlic and fry, stirring well.
- Add the wheat flour to the pan and stir until incorporated.
- Add the cream or sour cream and stir well to combine.
- Add Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for a few more minutes without stopping to stir until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the mushroom sauce with pasta, fish, chicken, red meat, salads and many other dishes.
