Add an especially tasty touch to a variety of dishes with this mushroom sauce!

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of Paris mushrooms

  • 400 grams of cream or sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 50 ml olive oil

  • Pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Cut the mushrooms in half. Place them in a pan with the olive oil and chopped garlic and fry, stirring well.
  • Add the wheat flour to the pan and stir until incorporated.
  • Add the cream or sour cream and stir well to combine.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook for a few more minutes without stopping to stir until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve the mushroom sauce with pasta, fish, chicken, red meat, salads and many other dishes.
