Ingredients
1 cup (tea) wheat flour (135 grams)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine (25 grams)
1 box or can of condensed milk (395 grams)
2 cups (tea) of milk (480 ml)
3 whole eggs (150 grams)
50 grams of grated coconut
Directions
- In the blender add the eggs, milk, condensed milk, butter or margarine, wheat flour and grated coconut.
- Cover and beat for 2 minutes.
Then pass the dough to a greased roast with butter or margarine. - Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
- Run a knife around the sides of the soft cake to unmold it easily and it’s ready to serve.
