This soft milk cake is a recipe that is practical as it is creamy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour (135 grams)

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine (25 grams)

  • 1 box or can of condensed milk (395 grams)

  • 2 cups (tea) of milk (480 ml)

  • 3 whole eggs (150 grams)

  • 50 grams of grated coconut

Directions

  • In the blender add the eggs, milk, condensed milk, butter or margarine, wheat flour and grated coconut.
  • Cover and beat for 2 minutes. 
    Then pass the dough to a greased roast with butter or margarine.
  • Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
  • Run a knife around the sides of the soft cake to unmold it easily and it’s ready to serve.
