In just a few minutes you can prepare this delicious and beneficial mint tea!

Ingredients

  • 300 ml of water

  • 10 mint leaves or 5 peppermint leaves

  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener (optional)

Directions

  • Heat the water in a pan and when it boils, turn off the heat and add the chopped mint leaves.
  • Cover the pan, let the mixture rest for 10 minutes and then sift the drink.
  • Add honey or sweetener if you prefer and the mint tea is ready to consume.
