Milk Cake with Peanuts

Ingredients
5 whole eggs
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups roasted and crushed peanuts
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
1 cup (tea) sugar
395 grams of condensed milk
750 ml of milk
Directions
- In the blender add the eggs, milk, condensed milk, sugar, butter or margarine and crushed roasted peanuts.
- Blend for 1 to 2 minutes with the blender covered, add the wheat flour and blend for another 1 minute.
- Add the chemical yeast, mix with a spoon or blend for 15 seconds with a blender and transfer the dough to a greased pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven between 180 and 200º₢ for approximately 60 minutes.
- Cut the peanut milk cake after it has cooled to room temperature and it is ready to serve.
