The flavor of this peanut milk cake is unique and makes us want to repeat many pieces!

Ingredients

  • 5 whole eggs

  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine

  • 2 cups roasted and crushed peanuts

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar

  • 395 grams of condensed milk

  • 750 ml of milk

Directions

  • In the blender add the eggs, milk, condensed milk, sugar, butter or margarine and crushed roasted peanuts.
  • Blend for 1 to 2 minutes with the blender covered, add the wheat flour and blend for another 1 minute.
  • Add the chemical yeast, mix with a spoon or blend for 15 seconds with a blender and transfer the dough to a greased pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven between 180 and 200º₢ for approximately 60 minutes.
  • Cut the peanut milk cake after it has cooled to room temperature and it is ready to serve.
