For your Pudding de Maria Mole to be perfect, use the ingredients below and follow the instructions for preparation.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of maria mole (flavor of your choice)

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 200 ml of milk

  • 3 eggs

  • Caramel sauce (pre-made or homemade)

Directions

  • Prepare the caramel sauce and spread it in a pudding mold. 
    Reserve.
  • Dissolve the package of maria mole in 200 ml of boiling milk. 
    Stir well until it is completely dissolved. 
    Book to cool down a bit.
  • In another container, mix condensed milk, milk cream and eggs. 
    Beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add the already dissolved maria mole to the mixture of condensed milk, cream and eggs. 
    Stir gently until they are well incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into the caramelized pudding mold.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  • Remove from the fridge, run a knife around the edges to loosen the pudding and turn it out onto a serving plate.
