Mango mousse is a light dessert, tasty and not difficult to make!

Ingredients

  • 500ml of milk

  • 2 medium sleeves

  • 1 package of unflavored gelatin

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 box of cream

Directions

  • Add the peeled and chopped mangoes, milk, cream and condensed milk to the blender.
  • Add the gelatin prepared according to the instructions, cover the appliance and beat well until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Coe the mixture if you prefer and transfer to a refractory or bowls. 
    Cover, refrigerate for at least 2 hours and the mango mousse is ready.
