Mango mousse is a light dessert, tasty and not difficult to make!
Ingredients
500ml of milk
2 medium sleeves
1 package of unflavored gelatin
1 box of condensed milk
1 box of cream
Directions
- Add the peeled and chopped mangoes, milk, cream and condensed milk to the blender.
- Add the gelatin prepared according to the instructions, cover the appliance and beat well until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Coe the mixture if you prefer and transfer to a refractory or bowls.
Cover, refrigerate for at least 2 hours and the mango mousse is ready.
