Mango mousse

Quick to make and with a mouth-watering result, this mango mousse is too simple to prepare!

Don’t be in doubt about which dessert to make with this delicious mango mousse!

Ingredients

  • 2 palmer sleeves

  • 2 boxes of sour cream

  • 2 packets of powdered mango juice

  • 1 box of condensed milk

Directions

  • Place condensed milk, cream, powdered mango juice and 1 and 1/2 chopped mango in a blender (reserve the other 1/2).
  • Beat very well with the blender covered, put the mixture in a refractory and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Finish decorating the dessert with the other 1/2 chopped mango on top and the mango mousse is ready.
