Italian casserole is a super practical and delicious traditional recipe!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 2 cups and 1/2 (tea) of milk

  • 1 and 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)

  • 1 tablespoon yeast powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut (shredded)

  • 50 grams unsalted butter (room temperature)

  • 50 grams of Minas cheese or grated parmesan

  • Grated coconut to taste and optional for sprinkling

Directions

  • Add milk, eggs, sugar, grated coconut, grated cheese, butter, flour to the blender and beat very well.
  • Add the baking powder and whisk quickly to combine. 
    Then transfer the dough to a greased and infarcted shape.
  • Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the casserole dish for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
  • Wait for the Italian casserole to cool, finish sprinkling grated coconut if you prefer and the recipe is ready.
