Ingredients
3 whole eggs
2 cups and 1/2 (tea) of milk
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
1 tablespoon yeast powder
1/2 cup coconut (shredded)
50 grams unsalted butter (room temperature)
50 grams of Minas cheese or grated parmesan
Grated coconut to taste and optional for sprinkling
Directions
- Add milk, eggs, sugar, grated coconut, grated cheese, butter, flour to the blender and beat very well.
- Add the baking powder and whisk quickly to combine.Â
Then transfer the dough to a greased and infarcted shape. - Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the casserole dish for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
- Wait for the Italian casserole to cool, finish sprinkling grated coconut if you prefer and the recipe is ready.
