How to Make Strawberry Fitness Mousse

With this strawberry fitness mousse you are guaranteed a delicious and easy-to-make dessert!

Ingredients

  • 50g of xylitol

  • 50ml skimmed milk

  • 500g of strawberries

  • 2 sheets of gelatin

  • 1 glass of natural yogurt

  • 200ml of warm water

Directions

  • Cut the gelatin sheets and place them in a container. Add warm water and mix well.
  • Add the strawberries, gelatin, xylitol, yogurt and skimmed milk to the blender.
  • Blend for a few minutes with the blender covered until the mixture is homogenized.
  • Transfer to a container, cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours or more.
  • Serve the strawberry mousse when it is firmer and colder.
