2 cups of sugar (265 g)
1 liter of milk
1 cinnamon stick
8 cloves from India
4 eggs
1 lemon juice
Directions
- Caramelize the sugar, add the boiling milk, stir well until the caramel dissolves;
- Add cloves, cinnamon and lemon juice.
Stir well and let cook for 1 minute; - Add the beaten eggs, stir well and cook over low heat for 50 minutes.
