The prince and his wife, Meghan Markle, left the royal family in 2020 and no longer use the title “royal highness”
Prince Harry attended this Saturday (May 6, 2023) the coronation ceremony of his father, King Charles III. This was the first public engagement with the royal family that Harry has participated in since the publication of the book “Spare”on January 10, 2023.
Despite attending the ceremony, Harry did not wear the royal attire used by his brother, Prince William, wearing only a suit and medals. Also, Harry’s wife, Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, did not attend the event. The Duchess stayed in California, in the United States, to celebrate the birthday of her son, Prince Archie – who turns 4 this Saturday.

Prince Harry and his wife, the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, announced on January 8, 2020 that they would step down from their positions as high-ranking members of the British royal family.
On January 18, 2020, Buckingham Palace –seat of the British monarchy– announced that they would no longer use the title of “royal highness” and would not receive public money intended for the royal family. The couple has lived in California (USA) since June 2020.

O King Charles 3rd and Queen Camilla Parker Bowles were crowned this Saturday (May 6) in a ceremony held at Westminster Abbey, in London (UK). Officially, there are 3 days of celebration throughout the United Kingdomfrom the 6th to the 8th of May.
Charles 3rd became King of the United Kingdom shortly after the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth 2nd, on 8 September 2022. The monarch was proclaimed 2 days later, on 10 September.
