Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower

  • Shall

  • Black pepper

  • Thyme

  • Oil

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 500ml of milk

  • Nutmeg

  • Shall

  • 200g of Gouda cheese

Directions

  • Season the cauliflower with salt, pepper, thyme and olive oil;
  • Cut 1 clove of garlic in half and add in between;
  • Cover with foil;
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes;
  • In a pan, boil 500ml of milk;
  • Season with nutmeg and salt;
  • Add 200g of grated Gouda cheese;
  • Transfer the cauliflower to a shape;
  • Add sauce;
  • Take it to the oven until gratin;
  • Your gratinated cauliflower is ready!
