1 cauliflower
Shall
Black pepper
Thyme
Oil
1 clove of garlic
500ml of milk
Nutmeg

200g of Gouda cheese
Directions
- Season the cauliflower with salt, pepper, thyme and olive oil;
- Cut 1 clove of garlic in half and add in between;
- Cover with foil;
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes;
- In a pan, boil 500ml of milk;
- Season with nutmeg and salt;
- Add 200g of grated Gouda cheese;
- Transfer the cauliflower to a shape;
- Add sauce;
- Take it to the oven until gratin;
- Your gratinated cauliflower is ready!
