2 tablespoons butter, margarine or oil
1 cup (tea) cassava flour (250 ml)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 pinch of salt (optional)
Directions
- Add the butter, margarine or oil to a frying pan and add the crushed garlic.
- Fry the garlic with the butter in a skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until golden.
- Turn off the heat, add the cassava flour and salt, mix very well and the garlic farofa is ready.
