In addition to its ease of preparation and special flavor, this garlic farofa is made with only 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, margarine or oil

  • 1 cup (tea) cassava flour (250 ml)

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1 pinch of salt (optional)

Directions

  • Add the butter, margarine or oil to a frying pan and add the crushed garlic.
  • Fry the garlic with the butter in a skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until golden.
  • Turn off the heat, add the cassava flour and salt, mix very well and the garlic farofa is ready.
