Ingredients

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 4 tablespoons peas

  • 4 slices of ham

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Straw potato to taste

  • Olive oil to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a preheated pan over low heat, melt the butter and add the chopped onion.
  • Sauté over low heat, stirring constantly, until the onion wilts. 
    Add the sliced ​​ham and sauté it too, always stirring well.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste, mix well and add the peas.
  • Keep stirring constantly until the peas are braised, turn off the heat and add straw potatoes to taste.
  • Mix until smooth, add olive oil to taste, mix well and the French garnish is ready to serve.
