EASY CORN CAKE RECIPE MADE WITH FLAKES

Ingredients
03 eggs
200 g sugar
120 ml of oil
250 ml of milk
250 g corn flakes
170 g (1 can) of corn
10 g baking powder
50 g grated coconut (optional)
Pinch of salt
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the flakes and milk, and set aside for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, blend the oil, sugar, corn and eggs in a blender until they form a smooth cream.
- Mix the already hydrated flakes with the cream from the blender
- Add the grated coconut and yeast and mix well.
- Then transfer to a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 45 minutes.
- Do the toothpick test to make sure your dough is baked, wait for it to cool and serve.
