This dulce de leche carved with lemon has a flavor and color that look amazing!

Ingredients

  • 40 ml of lemon juice

  • 500 grams of sugar

  • 2 liters of milk

Directions

  • Add 1 liter of milk and lemon juice to a container, mix and set aside for 5 minutes for the milk to curdle.
  • Put the sugar and the rest of the milk in another container, stir to dissolve and transfer to a large saucepan.
  • Add the lemon-milk mixture, place over medium heat and stir constantly until it comes to a boil.
  • Continue stirring non-stop until the liquid is reduced a little and the candy easily detaches from the bottom.
  • Transfer the dulce de leche carved with lemon to a platter, wait to cool down a bit and the dessert is ready to serve.
