Ingredients
40 ml of lemon juice
500 grams of sugar
2 liters of milk
Directions
- Add 1 liter of milk and lemon juice to a container, mix and set aside for 5 minutes for the milk to curdle.
- Put the sugar and the rest of the milk in another container, stir to dissolve and transfer to a large saucepan.
- Add the lemon-milk mixture, place over medium heat and stir constantly until it comes to a boil.
- Continue stirring non-stop until the liquid is reduced a little and the candy easily detaches from the bottom.
