Crispy Chicken with Pepper Sauce (Pringles Breaded)

The result of this crispy chicken with chili sauce is a recipe that everyone who knows it never forgets!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken strips

  • 1 pack of Pringles or similar

  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)

  • 2 whole eggs

  • Salt to taste

  • Paprika to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Onion powder to taste

  • Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) pepper

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

Directions

  • In a container place the chicken in strips and season with onion powder, paprika, black pepper and salt to taste. 
    Mix well and set aside for at least 2 hours.
  • Break the eggs into a bowl, beat them well with a fork or whisk until the mixture is homogenized and set aside as well.
  • Grind the Pringles potatoes with a food processor or blender. 
    Place the flour in one dish and the crushed Pringles potatoes in another.
  • Pass the chicken strips in the wheat flour, then in the beaten eggs and then in the crushed Pringles potatoes to coat.
  • Bake the chickens in the air fryer or in a conventional oven preheated to 200º₢ for approximately 20 minutes.
  • To make the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup and pepper well in a small bowl.
  • Remove the roasted chickens from the air fryer or conventional oven and they are ready to serve with the pepper sauce.
