Ingredients

  • 600 ml of milk

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour

  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine

  • 2 cups sugar (or to taste)

  • 1 and 1/2 cup corn flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 40 grams of grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  • In a blender place the eggs, milk, sugar, butter or margarine, wheat flour and corn flour.
  • Add the baking powder, the grated parmesan cheese and beat for 3 minutes, until the dough is liquid and homogeneous.
  • Place the dough in a greased baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for 55 minutes.
  • After the butter cake has cooled down a bit, cut as you like and it is ready to serve.
