Ingredients
600 ml of milk
3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons wheat flour
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups sugar (or to taste)
1 and 1/2 cup corn flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
40 grams of grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a blender place the eggs, milk, sugar, butter or margarine, wheat flour and corn flour.
- Add the baking powder, the grated parmesan cheese and beat for 3 minutes, until the dough is liquid and homogeneous.
- Place the dough in a greased baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for 55 minutes.
- After the butter cake has cooled down a bit, cut as you like and it is ready to serve.
