Make your Creamy Oven Rice using the ingredients from the list below and following the preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of rice (cooked)

  • 200 g diced ham

  • 250 g grated mozzarella cheese

  • 1 can of drained peas

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese for sprinkling

  • Cream
  • Half a liter of milk

  • 1 pot of cream cheese

  • 1 cup tomato (diced)

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg powder

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 can of cream

Directions

  • In a blender, add the cream of milk;
  • Add the cottage cheese;
  • Add the milk;
  • Add the tomato;
  • Add Parmesan cheese;
  • Add salt;
  • Add nutmeg;
  • Add black pepper;
  • Beat well;
  • In a refractory, add the cooked rice;
  • Add the whipped cream to the blender;
  • Add peas;
  • Add chopped ham;
  • Add Parmesan cheese;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes;
  • Your oven rice is ready!
