Ingredients
300 grams of ready-made puff pastry
2 whole eggs
500 ml of milk
200 grams of sour cream
1/2 cup (tea) sugar (90 grams)
1/4 cup (tea) wheat flour (35 grams)
1 tablespoon vanilla essence (15 ml)
Directions
- In a pan add the eggs, wheat flour and mix very well.
- Add sugar, milk and mix again very well.
Bring to a boil and stir constantly until thickened. - Remove from the heat, add the vanilla essence, the cream and stir until homogenized.
Book and let the cream cool at room temperature. - Place the puff pastry on top of parchment paper, place it on a baking sheet and cut off the excess paper.
- Hit the edges of the pie by pressing lightly, pierce the dough, add the already lukewarm or cold cream and spread well.
- Lightly press the edges of the pie with a fork and bake for between 35 and 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Wait for the cream pie to cool completely before unmolding it and serve it right away or leave it in the fridge for a few hours to consume it cold.
