Ingredients
1 whole egg
1 cup (tea) of warm water
1 cup corn flakes
1 teaspoon baking powder for cake
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of milk
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Place the flake and warm water in a container and mix.
Let it hydrate for 10 minutes and set aside. - Add the egg to another container and beat it well.
Add the milk, oil, salt and mix well. - Add the hydrated flake and mix well.
Add the yeast and mix again until dissolved. - Grease a frying pan with butter or margarine, pour in all the dough, cover and let it bake for 5 minutes over low heat.
- Turn the bread onto a plate and return it to the skillet.
Cover again, bake until the bottom comes away easily and the couscous bread is ready.
