If you are looking for a tasty and easy snack, these cornmeal cookies are for you!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet sprinkles (tea)

  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

  • 1 pinch of salt or to taste

  • 1/2 cup cornmeal (tea)

  • 60ml melted butter or oil

  • 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese

  • Boiling water to the point (180 ml approx.)

Directions

  • In a bowl add the cornmeal, the sweet sprinkle, the salt, the grated parmesan cheese and mix well.
  • Add the melted butter or oil, the grated mozzarella cheese and mix again.
  • Put the boiling water little by little while stirring until it forms a dough with a modeling point.
  • Take portions of the dough and model the cookies in the shape you prefer and then place them in a greased shape.
  • Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 30 minutes. 
    Wait for them to cool down before taking them out of the mold and the cornmeal cookies are ready.
