Corn brigadeiro is a sweet treat from the June festival that wins us over with its unique and special flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of drained corn

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • Sugar or grated coconut to finish

Directions

  • Add the drained corn, condensed milk and cream to the blender.
  • Cover the appliance, beat for 2 minutes and transfer the mixture to a pan.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it comes away from the bottom.
  • Place the candy in a container, cover with plastic wrap in contact with the surface and wait for it to cool.
  • Grease your hands with butter or margarine, shape into balls and transfer to a container with sugar or grated coconut.
  • Roll the brigadeiros in sugar or grated coconut until completely coated.
  • Remove the excess sugar or coconut, place the sweets in the molds and the brigadeiros are ready.
