2 eggs
80ml of oil
200g of sugar
200 ml of coconut milk
200g wheat flour
12g chemical yeast
1 can of condensed milk
Coconut milk (same measure of condensed milk can)
100g fresh grated coconut
Directions
- In a bowl, add 2 eggs;
- Add 80ml of oil;
- Add 200g of sugar;
- Mix well;
- Add 200ml of coconut milk;
- Add 200g of wheat flour;
- Add 12g of chemical yeast and mix;
- Transfer to a greased baking sheet with parchment paper;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes;
- In a bowl, add 1 can of condensed milk and the same measure of coconut milk;
- Add 100g of fresh grated coconut;
- Mix;
- Make holes in the still hot cake;
- Add the syrup to the cake;
- Your iced coconut cake (furry towel) is ready!
