Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 80ml of oil

  • 200g of sugar

  • 200 ml of coconut milk

  • 200g wheat flour

  • 12g chemical yeast

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • Coconut milk (same measure of condensed milk can)

  • 100g fresh grated coconut

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 2 eggs;
  • Add 80ml of oil;
  • Add 200g of sugar;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 200ml of coconut milk;
  • Add 200g of wheat flour;
  • Add 12g of chemical yeast and mix;
  • Transfer to a greased baking sheet with parchment paper;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes;
  • In a bowl, add 1 can of condensed milk and the same measure of coconut milk;
  • Add 100g of fresh grated coconut;
  • Mix;
  • Make holes in the still hot cake;
  • Add the syrup to the cake;
  • Your iced coconut cake (furry towel) is ready!
