These Prestige biscuits are not only irresistible, they melt in your mouth they are so soft!
Coconut Biscuits (Prestige Biscuits)

Ingredients
1 yolk
1/2 can of condensed milk
100 grams semisweet chocolate
2 cups (tea) of cornstarch (240 grams)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons grated coconut
Directions
- In a container add condensed milk, butter or margarine and egg yolk.
- Mix well and add the grated coconut, corn starch and stir well.
- Sow the dough until it’s smooth and easily unglued from the hands.
Model rolls with portions of the dough and cut them into pieces 2 fingers thick. - Flatten the pieces of dough with a fork to shape the cookies and place them with space between them in a greased pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 15 minutes.
Wait for them to cool down and remove them from the mold. - Melt the chocolate, dip the cookies in it halfway and drain the excess.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet and let them dry. - After the chocolate has dried, remove the Prestige cookies from the parchment paper and they are ready to eat.
