These Prestige biscuits are not only irresistible, they melt in your mouth they are so soft!

Coconut Biscuits (Prestige Biscuits)

Snack time is much more enjoyable with these Prestige cookies!

Ingredients

  • 1 yolk

  • 1/2 can of condensed milk

  • 100 grams semisweet chocolate

  • 2 cups (tea) of cornstarch (240 grams)

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  • 3 tablespoons grated coconut

Directions

  • In a container add condensed milk, butter or margarine and egg yolk.
  • Mix well and add the grated coconut, corn starch and stir well.
  • Sow the dough until it’s smooth and easily unglued from the hands. 
    Model rolls with portions of the dough and cut them into pieces 2 fingers thick.
  • Flatten the pieces of dough with a fork to shape the cookies and place them with space between them in a greased pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 15 minutes. 
    Wait for them to cool down and remove them from the mold.
  • Melt the chocolate, dip the cookies in it halfway and drain the excess. 
    Place the cookies on a baking sheet and let them dry.
  • After the chocolate has dried, remove the Prestige cookies from the parchment paper and they are ready to eat.
