Ingredients

  • 100 grams of chocolate powder or chocolate powder

  • 1 cup (tea) of sago

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 liter of milk

Directions

  • Soak the sago in warm water for half an hour, place it in a pan and add the milk, sugar and chocolate powder or chocolate powder.
  • Take the pan to the fire and stir constantly until the mixture reduces, boils and thickens.
  • Turn off the heat, wait for the sagu to cool down to room temperature, leave it in the fridge until it hardens and it’s ready.
