Ingredients
2 potatoes
5 tablespoons cornstarch
100 grams of parmesan cheese
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Directions
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, transfer to a pan of boiling water and cook for 12 minutes.
- Wait for the potatoes to cool down a bit and mash them using a fork until they are in a puree state.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese, black pepper, salt, cornstarch and mix until smooth.
- Knead the mixture very well with clean hands (put it inside a zip bag if you prefer).
- Cut the dough into strips or rolls (the thinner it is, the crispier it gets).
- Heat enough oil in a pan to cover the snacks and place them little by little so they don’t stick.
- Fry the snacks until golden brown, remove them with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
- Serve the cheese sticks still warm with the side dish of your choice and bon appétit.
