1/2 clove of garlic
Thyme
1 and 1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon of corn starch
500g of cheese (250g of Gruyère and 250g of Emmental)
Nutmeg to taste
Directions
- Grate the cheeses;
- Add cornstarch and mix;
- Add 1 clove of garlic to a pan (rub it on the bottom);
- Add thyme;
- Add the wine;
- When the wine has evaporated a little, remove the thyme and garlic;
- Add cheese little by little;
- Mix until melted;
- Add grated nutmeg;
- Your cheese fondue is ready!
