Guarantee a light, delicious and healthy snack option with these cereal bars!

Ingredients

  • 5 caturra bananas (runtary)

  • 4 sugar-free paçoquinhas

  • 2 tablespoons of raisins

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate or cocoa powder

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

  • 50g chopped semi-sweet chocolate

Directions

  • Mash the bananas well and transfer to a container.
  • Add the oats, chocolate or cocoa powder, paçocas, raisins and chopped semi-sweet chocolate.
  • Mix the ingredients well until a homogeneous dough forms.
  • Grease a mold with oil, place the dough and spread it until it is 1 finger thick.
  • Place in the preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Wait for it to cool, cut into strips and the cereal bars are ready to eat.
