Let’s make this Eggless Cake with the ingredients below. 
It will be great for your morning and evening coffee.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup of milk (can be substituted with plant-based milk, such as almond or soy)

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
    Grease a round cake tin with vegetable oil or vegetable margarine and sprinkle with a little flour.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine the milk, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar and vanilla extract. 
    Stir well until the ingredients are combined.
  • Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
  • Stir gently until all ingredients are well incorporated and the dough is smooth.
  • Avoid over-mixing as this will develop the gluten in the flour, which can make the cake denser.
  • Pour the dough into the greased mold and place in the preheated oven. 
    Bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes. 
    Then unmold it and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
