Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 2 whole eggs or to taste

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • Cabbage leaves to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the oil in a frying pan over low heat, add the chopped onion, the chopped garlic and sauté without stopping stirring until golden.
  • Add the diced tomato and keep stirring constantly until it withers. 
    Season with black pepper and salt to taste and mix well.
  • Add the cabbage cut into strips and mix a little. 
    Keep the heat low, cover and cook until the kale begins to wilt.
  • Mix the ingredients well, make holes and add the eggs in them. 
    Season with salt to taste, cover and cook until the egg whites are hard.
  • Serve the cabbage with eggs with white rice, beans and/or other side dishes of your choice.
