Make a great snack time with this easy and delicious bombocado!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 5 tablespoons of wheat flour

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

  • 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder

  • 1 packet of grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 cup (tea) grated coconut

  • 1 bottle of coconut milk

  • Condensed milk to decorate

  • Grated coconut to decorate

Directions

  • Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the coconut milk, condensed milk, melted butter or margarine, grated coconut, wheat flour and mix well.
  • Add the yeast and mix some more. 
    Transfer the dough to a greased and floured pan, then flatten to adjust.
  • Place in the preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes and leave to cool at room temperature.
  • Spread condensed milk to taste over the bombocado, add grated coconut on top and the recipe is ready to serve.
