Tasty and fluffy, this blender ricotta cake is also very easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 400 grams of chopped ricotta

  • 400 ml whole milk

Directions

  • In a blender, beat the eggs with the butter for approximately 2 minutes.
  • Add the chopped ricotta, condensed milk, whole milk and beat until the cheese is well crushed.
  • Add the wheat flour, beat again and transfer to a container.
  • Add the yeast and mix lightly with a whisk or spoon until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°₢ for about 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Wait for the ricotta cake to cool, unmold it if you prefer and it is ready to serve.
