Ingredients
4 eggs
100 ml of oil
240 ml of milk
2 packs of Negresco biscuits or any other of your choice
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
Directions
- In the blender add the eggs, cookies, oil, milk and beat for 2 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and add the sugar, flour and stir well.
- Put the vanilla essence and mix.Â
Add the baking soda and stir to homogenize. - Pour the dough into a greased shape with butter or margarine and sprinkled with wheat flour.
- Take the cake to the preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for about 40 minutes.
- Wait for the biscuit cake to cool down before unmolding it and it is ready to serve.
