Ingredients
2 bananas
1 whole egg
1 cup oatmeal (tea)
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon powder
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
50 ml of vegetable oil
Sugar to sprinkle
Directions
- Mash the bananas in a bowl, add the beaten egg and mix well.
- Add the salt, cinnamon powder and mix again.
Add sugar and mix more. - Add oil, oatmeal and mix well.
Put the wheat flour, the yeast and stir until they are integrated into the dough. - Mix the ingredients very well with your hands until the dough is smooth, uniform and easily detaches from the palms.
- Roll portions of the dough in an elongated way, twist and stick the ends.
Then pass the sugar to stick on the outside. - Place the dough on a baking sheet sprinkled with wheat flour and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Wait for the banana donuts to cool before removing them from the pan and they are ready to serve.
