Ingredients

  • 1 apple

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tablespoons of milk flour

  • 250 ml of milk

  • Sugar to taste

Directions

  • Place the milk, chopped apples and bananas, milk powder and sugar to taste in the blender.
  • Cover the appliance and blend the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
