This Avocado Fit Smoothie will be great using the ingredients below and following the instructions in the preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 200 ml of coconut milk

  • 400ml of water

  • 1 tablespoon of oats

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  • Slice 1/2 avocado;
  • In a blender, add 200ml of coconut milk;
  • Add 1/2 avocado;
  • Add 400ml of water;
  • Add 1 tablespoon oatmeal;
  • Add 1 spoon of honey;
  • Add 1 spoon of cinnamon powder;
  • Beat well;
