The policies adopted by the President of the United States, Donald Trump, caused a wave of protests on Saturday (5). Protesters organized actions in the 50 states and even in Canada and Mexico, the agency Reuterswhich calculates that more than a thousand acts spread throughout the US.
With the ‘fare’ filed by Trump reaching various points on the planet, there were even reactions in Europe. Reports report that protests occurred in cities such as Paris (France), Berlin and Frankfurt (Germany), Rome (Italy) and London (England), promoted by unsatisfied US citizens.

The motto of acts was the phrase “Hands Off!”, Which in free translation means “take their hands”, in reference to Trump attacks in various areas, extending from commercial parts to social security programs such as Medicaid (in health), as well as mass layoffs in government agencies.
But one of the points that most concern is the attacks on civil freedoms, with mass deportations, attack on democratic institutions, persecution of government dissidents, retaliation to the press, the liberation of the capitol invaders, among other serious situations.
In Washington, DC, in the National Mall (near the White House) where Lincoln Memorial and the Monument to Washington is, more than 5,000 people protested.
Part of the revolt is also against billionaire Elon Musk, responsible for cutting over 200,000 federal jobs. The IRS alone cut 25% of the staff, more than 20,000 people.

Trump sought to ignore the acts and went to play golf in Florida, which further accentuated the criticism.
Part of the dissatisfied population that participated in the acts was composed of workers concerned with commercial measures and fear of their jobs, as well as retirees frightened by the possibility of social security cuts and leaders of the Democratic Party.
In the hands of the protesters it was possible to see bands and posters with the phrases: “Without Kings in the US”, “Deporte Musk”, “Fascism has come”, “Stop Fraud (Financial)”, “take the hands of social security”, “take the hands of education”, “defend democracy”, “Trump Racist”, “we face the bullies (with images of Trump and Musk)” “Dictatorship not in the US” and “Markets sink, Trump plays golf”, among the thousands of messages from protests brought to the acts.
