Ingredients
2 whole eggs
1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
3/4 cup (tea) of sugar
3/4 cup (tea) of milk
1/4 cup desiccated coconut (shredded)
1/4 cup (tea) of chocolate granulated
Directions
- Add the eggs, sugar and butter or margarine to a bowl.
Then mix with a fuê. - Add the wheat flour, milk and mix again with the fuê for a few minutes.
- Place the granulated chocolate, the grated coconut, the yeast and stir until the dough is smooth and uniform.
- Unite a shape with butter or margarine and flour, then transfer the dough to it.
- Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes.
- Unmold and cut the tingling cake after it has cooled to room temperature and it is ready to serve.
