The practicality of this cinnamon banana cake makes this tasty recipe even more interesting!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 mashed bananas

  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)

  • 1 and 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

Directions

  • Add eggs, sugar and oil to a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the mashed bananas and mix well. 
    Add the flour, cinnamon and mix until the dough is homogenized.
  • Add the salt, yeast and mix very well until they dissolve and integrate into the dough.
  • In a greased and infarcted shape pour all the dough with the help of a spoon.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 35 to 40 minutes, carefully remove from the oven and let the cake cool at room temperature.
  • Unmold the cinnamon banana cake onto a plate or platter if you prefer and it is ready to cut and serve.
