Ingredients
3 eggs
3 mashed bananas
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Directions
- Add eggs, sugar and oil to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the mashed bananas and mix well.
Add the flour, cinnamon and mix until the dough is homogenized. - Add the salt, yeast and mix very well until they dissolve and integrate into the dough.
- In a greased and infarcted shape pour all the dough with the help of a spoon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 35 to 40 minutes, carefully remove from the oven and let the cake cool at room temperature.
- Unmold the cinnamon banana cake onto a plate or platter if you prefer and it is ready to cut and serve.
