Ingredients
3 eggs (without the yolk skin)
400 grams of mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of butter
2 and 1/2 cups (tea) of milk
3 cups (tea) of sweet cassava starch
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a blender, place the tapioca flour, milk, eggs, butter, salt and blend for 4 minutes.
- Add the mozzarella, beat for another minute and pour the mixture into greased molds.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200°₢ and bake the bread for approximately 40 minutes.
- Wait for the breads to cool a little before removing them from the pan and they are ready to serve.
