Nescau Mousse provides a practical and delicious dessert, especially for chocolate fans!
Ingredients
1 colorless gelatin
1 box of cream
1 can of condensed milk
5 tablespoons of cold water
200 grams of Nescau or other chocolate powder
Chocolate sprinkles to taste for finishing (optional)
Directions
- Combine the gelatin with the cold water in a container, mix well and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
- Melt the gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds or in a bain-marie and set aside.
- Add the cream, condensed milk, gelatin and Nescau to the blender.
- Cover the appliance, beat for 2 minutes and transfer the mixture to small pots, cups or a tray.
- Leave the dessert covered in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until it becomes firmer.
- Finish the mousse by adding chocolate sprinkles to taste if you prefer and the dessert is ready.
