Nescau Mousse provides a practical and delicious dessert, especially for chocolate fans!

Ingredients

  • 1 colorless gelatin

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 5 tablespoons of cold water

  • 200 grams of Nescau or other chocolate powder

  • Chocolate sprinkles to taste for finishing (optional)

Directions

  • Combine the gelatin with the cold water in a container, mix well and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
  • Melt the gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds or in a bain-marie and set aside.
  • Add the cream, condensed milk, gelatin and Nescau to the blender.
  • Cover the appliance, beat for 2 minutes and transfer the mixture to small pots, cups or a tray.
  • Leave the dessert covered in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until it becomes firmer.
  • Finish the mousse by adding chocolate sprinkles to taste if you prefer and the dessert is ready.
