1 can of condensed milk (395 grams)
1 and 1/2 cups (tea) of grated dry coconut
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Add the condensed milk, grated dried coconut and salt to a bowl and mix well.
- Transfer to an ovenproof dish and place in a larger dish filled with hot water almost halfway.
- Bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180°₢ for about 50 to 60 minutes.
- Serve the creamy coconut candy warm or cold if you prefer and the dessert is ready.
