Ingredients
2 packages of Oreo cookies
4 tablespoons of powdered milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 can of condensed milk
1 box of cream
Crystal sugar for sprinkling
Directions
- Break each biscuit into 4 equal parts, place in a container and set aside.
- Add the condensed milk, cream, powdered milk, butter or margarine to a pan and mix well.
- Bring to a boil and stir constantly until the mixture becomes creamy and easily comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Add the chopped biscuits and mix with the cream until combined and smooth.
- Line the bottom and sides of a pan with parchment paper, place the jam on top and spread it out evenly.
- Cover the cake and leave it in the fridge for 4 hours. Remove the paper and transfer it to a board greased with butter or margarine.
- Cut the candy into squares, finish by rolling it in crystal sugar and the Italian Oreo straw is ready to eat.
