Sweet potato cake is the kind of snack that everyone who tries it approves!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 50 ml of oil

  • 200 ml coconut milk

  • 300 grams of raw sweet potato

  • 5 tablespoons of rice flour

  • 5 tablespoons of sugar

  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  • Place the peeled and chopped sweet potatoes, eggs, oil, coconut milk, sugar, cornstarch, rice flour and yeast in the blender.
  • Beat the ingredients for 3 minutes and pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan.
  • Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°₢ for approximately 40 minutes.
  • Wait for the cake to cool a little, unmold it if you prefer and it is ready to serve.
