Israel began an attack on the Palestinian territory of the West Bank last Wednesday (28), which continues until now. The new genocidal attack by the Israeli Army advances on a territory that, until now, was in the background of the war, since Israeli efforts focused on bringing terror to the Gaza Strip.
With the invasion by the army with soldiers and drones, Israel moves further away from attempts at a ceasefire agreement.

This is considered Tel Aviv’s largest operation in the West Bank, which has about 3.2 million inhabitants, in two decades. The action was justified as “anti-terrorist”, but without giving reasons.
In total, 16 Palestinians have died, 7 in Jenin, 5 in Tulkarm and 4 in Far’a camp, near Nablus. The information was confirmed by the Palestinian Ministry of Health. The city of Tubas was also invaded by the army.
Among the dead is Mohammed Jaber, called Abu Shujaa, a Brigade leader in Tulkarm.
The West Bank, together with Gaza, is part of the territories of the Palestinian State, but since 1967, during the Six-Day War, it has suffered from invasions by Jewish settlers who settled in the region under the condescending gaze of international organizations.

The military actions were primarily in refugee camps, but Palestinians accuse the Israelis of storming a hospital in Jenin and blocking the entrance to two in Tulkarm.
According to the UN, 607 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank since October 7.
